Even if it is only 5-10 minutes a day, reading can truly change the mental state of individuals who deal with stress, depression, or overall busy lives! If you are an avid reader or would like to read more, reach out about joining the reading club. Be prepared for a fun time with women who enjoy the three Ls: living, laughter, and literature.
