Organization DEIAB Strategizing
Diversity and inclusion tend to become a temporary fix or trend for many organizations. To fully solve DEIAB issues, strategies must be created, implemented, and fully embraced by all of those within the institution. These services allow in-depth research, planning, and workshops!
Education Advocacy & Consulting
Many families are not aware of how to discuss educational issues concerning their students. This includes advocating for students’ rights, behavior intervention strategies, 504 and individualized education program (IEP) documentation, or even proper protocol when discussing issues with school board professionals. The organization provides coaching and consulting to assist families with navigating the school systems and reaching the best solution for their learning. Additionally, Dr. Kia Consulting offers dissertation and thesis coaching, doctoral journey coaching, higher education plans and advising, and proofreading/editing services.
